Inviting Members

  • Email: Invite individuals directly by entering their email addresses.
  • Invite Link: Generate a unique link for anyone with an authorized domain to join.
  • Pending Invites: Track and manage sent invitations.

Roles & Permissions

Caret uses role-based access to ensure appropriate data security.

Role Definitions

  • Owner: Full access to all settings, billing, and member management.
  • Member: Can record, view shared meetings, and use AI suggestions.
  • Billing Admin: Restricted to billing and subscription management only.

Managing Members

  • Change Roles: Owners can update member roles at any time.
  • Remove Members: Revoke access immediately. Past data remains unless manually deleted.
  • Transfer Ownership: Promote another member to Owner before leaving or changing your own role.
