Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations in Caret.
- Click Connect next to Notion.
- Select your workspace and the specific pages you want Caret to access.

Export Options
Configure Caret to send data to Notion in two ways:
- Databases: Create a new entry in a Notion database with mapped properties like “Date”, “Participants”, and “Summary”.
- Pages: Create a new sub-page within a designated parent page for each meeting.
Automation Rules
- All Meetings: Automatically export every recorded call.
- Folder-based: Only export meetings moved into specific folders (e.g., “Project Sync” or “Research”).
Custom Data
Choose what information to send. Use default summaries or custom prompts to extract specific insights for your Notion records.
Full Transcripts
Choose to include the full meeting transcript at the bottom of the Notion page for complete record-keeping.
