Setup
Caret supports both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
Google Calendar
Outlook Calendar
Go to Settings > Integrations in the Caret app.
Click Connect next to Google Calendar.
Sign in and grant the requested permissions.
Go to Settings > Integrations in the Caret app.
Click Connect next to Outlook Calendar.

Features
Auto-Detect Meetings
Caret scans your calendar for meetings with video links (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). These appear in your sidebar, allowing you to join and record with a single click.
Pre-Meeting Briefings
Caret generates a “Pre-reading” document for detected meetings, including:
Participant Info : Roles and profiles of the attendees.
Past Context : Summaries of previous interactions with the same participants.
Shared Knowledge : Relevant context pulled from your workspace.
Meeting Reminders
Get desktop notifications before meetings begin. Configure these in Settings > Notifications (e.g., 1, 5, or 10 minutes before start).
Linked Recordings
Once a meeting ends, Caret can add a link to the recording and summary directly into the original calendar event description.
