Setup
- Go to Settings > Integrations in the Caret app.
- Click Connect next to Slack and authorize the bot.
- Configure channel-specific automations in Caret.

Post meeting notes to specific Slack channels based on folders or meeting types.
- Summaries: Post a concise summary with the full transcript as a thread.

Pre-Meeting Briefings
Receive a DM from the Caret bot 5-10 minutes before your meeting starts, including a pre-reading link and context from previous calls.
Ask @Caret
Mention @Caret in any channel where the bot is present to query your meeting history.
- Example: “@Caret what were the next steps from yesterday’s sync?”
- Example: “@Caret has anyone mentioned ‘security’ in recent calls?”

Customize Slack notifications for different audiences—high-level summaries for announcement channels and technical breakdowns for sync channels.
